What is Kombucha?
Kombucha is a tea that has been cultured like yogurt. The culturing is also known as fermentation. During the fermentation process, the Kombucha becomes rich with Probiotic, Antioxidants, Amino Acids, Polyphenols and Active Enzymes.
What is the Shelf life of a Keg?
The kegs should always be refrigerated and maintained between 35-40 degrees Fahrenheit.
They have about 60-90 day shelf life. Each keg is produced "Batch to Order" resulting in the freshest most active Kombucha available.
